By creating an account or using https://luranix.win you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service
luranix.win provides biolink / link-in-bio profile pages under a username you choose. Features may vary by rank. The service is provided “as is” during early operation and may change, pause, or end with reasonable notice when practicable.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher minimum age in your country for digital services) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. There is currently no email-based recovery. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify support@luranix.win of unauthorized access.
For security, anti-abuse, and signup limits we may record the IP address used when you create an account and when profiles are viewed. We store these IP addresses for 30 days, then delete or anonymize them, unless we need to keep them longer for an ongoing abuse or legal investigation.
4. Pricing & ranks
Rank prices shown on the site are planned tiers. Subscriptions are not billed until we announce live billing. Dashboard demo rank toggles are for preview only and do not create a paid contract.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- Break the law or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Distribute malware, phishing, scams, or unauthorized scraping
- Harass, threaten, or exploit others (including minors)
- Spam, flood, or overload infrastructure
- Impersonate people, brands, or the luranix.win team
- Upload illegal, extreme violence, or non-consensual intimate content
We may suspend or delete accounts, remove content, or restrict features for violations or to protect the service and users.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and promote the service (including public profile pages and OG previews). You represent you have the rights to publish what you upload.
7. Our rights
The luranix.win name, design, and software are ours or our licensors’. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service except as allowed by law.
8. Third-party links
Profiles may link to third-party sites (Discord, social networks, etc.). We are not responsible for those services. Links you add are your responsibility.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that content will remain online forever. Consumer rights that cannot be waived in your country still apply.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory EU consumer protections).
11. Termination
You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal risk, or shutdown of the product. Upon termination, public profile content may be removed; residual backups may persist for a limited time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of luranix.win, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence (including EU consumer law).
