Lost password / account recovery
Accounts are username + password only — there is no self-serve email reset. Write to support with proof you own the account (e.g. Discord linked to the profile, prior screenshots, or other evidence). Recovery is reviewed manually and is not guaranteed.
Username changes
Every account includes two free username changes in Dashboard → Settings. After those, email support to arrange payment or request an admin exception. Include your current and desired username. Changes are reviewed and completed manually; no automatic payment is taken.
Ranks & billing
Subscriptions are not live yet. Prices on Ranks are planned tiers. You can preview higher ranks with the demo toggle in your dashboard.
